Michael McCarron TTM Success

I have been a big fan of McCarron since he was drafted by the Habs, and chose to go to the OHL to gain experience and further develop his skills. He started with London and played there for 1 full season and then was traded to the Oshawa Generals in the middle of last season, which is where he helped them win the Memorial Cup. He is a big power forward who can score, which is what the Habs need right now. He has 24 points in 28 games in the AHL this year so far. He got this card back to me in 15 days, and in the middle of all of that, he was called up by the Canadiens, for 2 games! They sent him back down already, but I have to think he won't be down there for long.

Scott had an unreal season last year with the Guelph Storm. He had 101 points in 68 games and added another 28 points in 20 games in the playoffs. In his first season as a pro, he has 5 points in 20 games with the Jets' farm affiliate. He signed these in ball point pen, and the one, hardly shows up.

This guy has been bounced around all over the place and puts up great numbers wherever he goes. He was born in Barrie and played OHL for the Colts. The Bruins drafted him in the 3rd round in 2008 and bounced him between the ECHL and AHL until 2013 when he signed a 2 way contract with the Winnipeg Jets. Again, he was sent to the ECHL where he was pretty much unbeatable and forced the Jets to move him up to St. John's as soon as possible. He only had 24 games there but won 17 of them and earned a call up to the Jets for his first NHL action. 3 full games including an overtime game and a .943 save percentage was all he did. I hope to see this guy playing there full time next year. I think I will try to pickup some more of his cards on ebay.

Jerome is having a great season with the Ice Caps so far. He has 26 points in 35 games. I wouldn't be surprised if the Jets call him up at some point. He went undrafted after his junior hockey was finished, but managed to get on with the Albany River Rats of the AHL. He has also played 46 games with the Carolina Hurricanes.

Eddie played some of his Jr. hockey near my hometown. He has spent this entire season with the Jets' farm affiliate and has a 7-6-1 record with a 2.35 GAA. He should be up with the Jets at some point in the near future as his numbers are above average to say the least.

He holds the Milwuakee Admirals records for Save Percentage and GAA. He signed a 2 way deal with the Jets over the summer, so if the NHL gets back, he may be up there. So far, he has a 2.98 GAA this season.
