I mailed Curtis Sanford on 05/04/2009, and received back 2/2 on 06/01/2009. Great response for a goalie in the middle of the Calder Cup! Curtis kinda got the shaft this year in Vancouver. Luongo went down hurt, so Sanford became the starter. Curtis got hurt too, so the Canucks went out and traded for Labarbera from the Kings. Once Luongo came back, this left Sanford as the odd man out, so they optioned him to the Manitoba Moose in the AHL. He took this assignment and is currently backing up Cory Schneider in the Calder Cup Finals. Hopefully we will see Curtis back in the NHL next year!

Curtis Sanford TTM Update
