Johnny Bower remains one of the best TTMers there is. 12 days for this hall of famer. I wrote him last summer and he returned my 8x10 signed perfectly. I picked up a McFarlane Figure last fall in the hopes that I could get it signed at some point. I wasn't able to make it to a public signing he was doing, so I thought I would mail it. This guy is a true class act and a lot of other players could really learn from him.
Bravo! He's at a charity event here in Aug, I am looking forward to a class act like him!
ReplyDeleteMake sure you shake his hand. He has the biggest fingers I have ever seen. I don't know if it is from all the pucks hitting them or what. Its kinda funny. Super nice guy in person too. I wish all legends were like him.

ReplyDeleteOk, I missed the jersey getting signed, it was a fundraiser so they were strict. I did not mind so PLAN B. Can you email his address to me? I will send him a note explaining I had a jersey and could not get it signed ....Would you do that for me? I'll owe yah!
